These Terms of Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rhaatid platform, accessible via https://www.rhaat.id. By using Rhaatid, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
1. Use of the Service
- Eligibility: You must be 13 years or older to use Rhaatid. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- Account: When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
2. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and functionality on Rhaatid, including logos, designs, and written content, are the exclusive property of Rhaatid. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of the materials on the platform without prior written permission.
3. User Conduct
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes.
- Post offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform.

4. Subscription and Fees
- Rhaatid offers both free and premium plans. Premium features are subject to the pricing outlined on our website. Payments for premium features are non-refundable, except as required by law.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Rhaatid is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Rhaatid and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. This includes any loss of data or interruptions in service.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Rhaatid at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or other conduct we deem harmful to the platform.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
